Juice for Diarrhea Relieve

This juice has a calming effect in case of diarrhea. Spinach has the power to clean and remove toxins from the intestines while helping to rebuild its functions, carrots are generally good for the digestive system. Best vegetables are grown organically, so buy accordingly if at all possible:

2 celery ribs
1 carrot
2 spinach stalks

Juice all together

Juice for Constipation Relieve

This drink will help you relieve the constipation and regulate bowel movements.

2 small carrots
2 green medium sized apples
1 bunch of wheatgrass (if available)

Juice all together

Recipe for a Green Juice Cocktail (use only fruit or vegetable grown organically)

Simple version:

1 head romaine lettuce or 3 stalks of celery
5-6 leaves of kale (or other greens, e.g., 1 cup of spinach)
1 or 2 apples or pears
1 whole lemon (with peel)

Additional/optional ingredients ” pick and choose whatever you like or have on hand:

1 cucumber
1/4 to 1/2 ripe papaya (1/2 results in a sweeter juice)
1/2 cup of of parsley (or cilantro)
1 cup of fennel

add some beets or carrots if you like, but then of course it is no longer green juice… Some like to add a slice of garlic and/or ginger.

Drink it every morning or afternoon to jumpstart your energy! Remember: It is best to drink your juice on an empty stomach.

The Benefits of Drinking Fresh Juice

So why juice fruits and vegetables instead of just eating them? What’s the benefit? Well, first of all, a juicer separates the juice from the fiber of the fruits and vegetables making them easier to absorb, leaving you with organic water with all the important nutrients: vitamins, minerals, and enzymes from the plants. And second, just consider having to chop and then chew all the above ingredients – it sure does take a while!

Of course, having fiber is important too, but because it is removed from the juice, your body will not have to waste energy on digestion. There are plenty of green juice recipes with all kinds of ingredients. This one is super simple and tastes delicious! Change the apple to spinach ratio to have your juice tarter – with more apple or milder – withmore spinach.

This fresh juice is full of vitamins A and C, iron and calcium and is a fantastic source of energy. Your body can absorb the minerals and vitamins almost immediately. Drink some first thing in the morning and/or right after a workout.

Ingredients for one large glass:
2. medium apples granny smith
1. 10 oz fresh spinach

Juice together

Mixed Vegetable Juice

1 piece ginger – (1″ by 1″)
- medium beet
2 stalk kale
- red or green pepper
2 stalk celery
5 sprg watercress or parsley
- cucumbers

2 pcs ginger
1 whole lemon peeled
4 green apples

Juice all together

Fruit Vegetable Recipe

1 bunch celery
2 cups water
3 small piece of ginger
2 tablespoons key limes or approximately 2 lime juice
6 tablespoons honey or 4 teaspoon sugar

Combine celery and ginger with water in a juicer. Strain the juice.
Add juice of lime, mix in honey or sugar. Combine well.
